Embark on a transformative journey through six modules that blend dance, somatic exploration, and creative processes, where movement becomes a language of presence and deep connection.

📆 Training Dates & Modules

3–9 August 2026 — Passion (7 days, 40 hours) - Rome
Begin with raw, vital passion anchored in the pelvis. The Orly Portal Method fosters deep listening and energizes the body through ancient dance traditions and contemporary movement. Experience the piece Rabia, inspired by mystic Rabia al-Adawiya and Rumi's poetry.
2–4 October 2026 — Becoming a Portal (3 days, 18 hours) - Rome
Transform through rhythm, voice, and repetition! Engage with the deep roots of Moroccan culture via embodied practices, influenced by Amazigh dance, Gnawa music, and Sufi ceremonies.
4–6 December 2026 — From Foot to Spine (3 days, 18 hours) - Rome
Explore the body as a harmonious whole. Discover how each body part communicates, guided by Fakarouni, Orly Portal’s choreographic work.
21–26 April 2027 — The Rite of Spring (Retreat) (6 days, 30 hours) - Bracciano
Experience the blossoming of new beginnings through the choreography of The Rite of Spring. Engage deeply with your senses in this transformative exploration of movement.
10–12 June 2027 — Musicality (3 days, 18 hours) - Rome
Awaken your inner musician! This workshop integrates movement and music, encouraging dialogue between sound and the body.
1–7 August 2027 — Practicum (7 days, 40 hours) - Rome
Step into the role of teacher, sharing your learned insights and embodying your journey.

🌀 Who Can Apply

The Teacher Training Certificate is for professional dancers, advanced students, and movement practitioners. A selection process applies for those pursuing the Teacher Certification Track, ensuring participants have the necessary background.
Participants can also attend individual workshops and receive a Certificate of Participation, regardless of their aspiration to become certified.
