During this workshop, we will focus on developing connection through shared touch. The event will include various exercises, demonstrations, and opportunities for massage with a partner. You can come with someone or team up with a participant at the workshop.

• Warm-up
• Shared Massage
• Fika Break ☕
• Shared Massage
• Closing Circle around 22:00 and cleanup

Important:

• Noden membership is required to participate.
• Be on time! The entry to the workshop will close after the opening circle to maintain an intimate atmosphere.

Notice: This is a non-sexual workshop. While we encourage intimacy, consent, boundaries, and good communication are essential.

Everything in the workshop is optional. Participate as much or as little as you like. Remaining fully clothed is perfectly fine, and we encourage you to feel comfortable in your own way. Consent and boundaries are very important; pushing another participant beyond their comfort zone will be taken seriously. Workshop leaders are available for any questions or concerns.
