• When: Saturdays from May 23 to August 29, 2026
• Time: 9:00 - 10:00 AM
• Cost: FREE!
• Instructors: Guided by Yoganic Flow Instructors
• Location: PALMER PARK, 910 Merrill Plaisance, Detroit, MI 48203
• Classes are outdoors, near the garden, at the end of the Splash Park parking lot on Merrill Plaisance, close to the intersection of Pontchartrain, south of Seven Mile and west of Woodward Ave.

Yoga Format:

🧘‍♀️ Enjoy Hatha Yoga, a traditional class suitable for all levels.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat if you have one (some mats available on a first-come, first-served basis).

For Kids:

👶 Youth ages 6 and up are welcome to join, provided they can remain quiet for the duration of the class. If noisy, we kindly ask you to step out with your child.
