Something a little different this Sunday.
We're joining forces with Luna Neptune for a one-day pop-up in Prospect Park, a full morning of yoga, sound, and something to carry home with you.
The practice moves the way it always does, then gives way to a live sound bowl savasana. After we close, Luna Neptune will be on-site with iced teas and intuitive readings, the natural next stop while your body is still warm and open.

What to bring: your mat, water, and an open heart.
