Power of Eight Intention Group

Join us for a free, in-person Power of Eight Intention Group at Souly Holistic, located at 5540 McNeely Drive, Suite 101 in Raleigh! 🌿 This guided group practice is based on the transformative work and teachings of Lynne McTaggart and her insightful book, The Power of Eight.

McTaggart’s research demonstrates that “Intention gets supersized in a group,” and the more we intend for others, the stronger it rebounds back to us—a phenomenon she calls the “mirror effect.”

Together, we will:

• Learn and practice the Power of Eight intention process
• Engage in focused group intention
• Experience the amplified energy of collective intention
• Cultivate connection, awareness, and trust in the process

How It Works:

• Each week, we’ll focus on 2-3 intentions brought by group members.
• Intention sessions require permission from those we are intending for.
• Each participant will clarify and share their intention, which we support together.
• We’ll gather in a circle, possibly holding hands, during a 10-minute intention meditation.
• After meditation, we’ll discuss any experiences encountered during the session.

No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up with an open heart and focused presence! 💖

These sessions are facilitated by Karin Cross, who has completed Lynne McTaggart's Intention Masterclass and Become a Better Healer, bringing years of practice in Power of Eight groups.
