Join us for Reconnect, a transformative 5Rhythms® workshop led by the talented Susanne Nilsson, an accredited 5Rhythms teacher! 🌊

What insights can dance reveal about our relationships? This workshop invites you to explore the dance with yourself, others, and the group as a whole. Through the 5Rhythms movement meditation map—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—we embark on a journey of self-discovery, relational awareness, and a sense of community belonging.

Deepen your connection with your body and your rhythms, engaging in conscious embodied interactions and tapping into the collective energy of the group. No prior experience is needed! This workshop also counts as 2.5 days of Waves Level toward Teacher Training.
