🌀 Join Rachel for a rejuvenating sound journey designed to promote tranquility and healing. Immerse yourself in a soothing symphony of sounds as you rest, allowing both your body and mind to unwind. Find your inner balance and peace inside the Lake Mayer Community Center located at 1850 East Montgomery Crossroads.

🌀 Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Bringing layers or socks is encouraged as your body might cool down while resting. You'll be provided with an extra thick, cushy yoga mat, a bolster, several blankets, and an eye pillow. Feel free to bring any additional items that would enhance your comfort.
