Roots + Wings: Summer Session

Join us for the third Roots + Wings gathering—a unique playshop for children and caregivers held in the beautiful outdoors of Bowring Park! This summer session is centered around the theme Expression in Nature.

Together, we will slow down, connect, and create through a gentle and intuitive experience, featuring:

• 🌱 Gentle energy work
• 🎨 Intuitive art using natural elements and mark-making tools
• 🔮 Tarot insight
• 👪 Mini family portraits
• 🤗 Time to connect, explore, and create together

This relaxed and inclusive space is designed for children to participate in their own unique ways—without the pressure to conform to any particular style. Our focus is on expression, connection, and being present together.

The gathering is open not just to parents and children, but to all caregivers, including grandparents, guardians, and chosen family.
