Salsa Libre Friday Salsa at Kedelhallen

Salsa Libre hosts Latin Fridays every week in Copenhagen. In summer (June 6–Aug 15), the event moves outdoors to Fælledparken (Dansepladsen), otherwise it’s held at Kedelhallen in Frederiksberg.

Evenings begin with a beginner-friendly salsa intro class from 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM (indoors) or 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM (outdoors), followed by open social dancing—including salsa, timba, son cubano, and Dominican bachata—until around 2:00 AM (indoors) or 10:00 PM (outdoors). DJs provide live music, and refreshments like mojitos are available.

Entrance price is typically 80 DKK (60 DKK with student ID) indoors; summer outdoor sessions are free with optional donations welcomed to support the event.
