About the Artist:

Samuel Blues, a remarkable solo artist from Jesenice, was described during the 2018 Radio Študent Club Marathon as a 'solo ensemble from under Golica' with a charming crooner voice and original blues expressions. Over the years, he has become a key figure in the younger generation of Slovenian blues-rock. Since leaving the blues rock band Talking Stone in 2012, he has released 12 solo albums across various genres—from blues to disco and punk (with his latest album Gora Sladoleda in 2023).
