Production Details & Guest Guidelines

Artist Run-of-Show
• 4:00 PM: Load-In & Setup
• 6:00 PM: Roll Cameras & Audio
Format: 4 songs per act, followed by a 5-minute interview once all performances are wrapped.

The Setup

We are capturing high-production live sets with:
• Multi-Cam & Multi-Track: Running a tight 5 to 6 camera setup with 16-track audio.
• Exclusive Venue: Ambrosia NM is a private club, entirely to ourselves while closed to the public.

Attendee & Guest Policy

⚠️ Expect to Participate: You are welcome to invite guests, but please inform them this is a working set! Everyone in attendance may be asked to assist with production.
• Age Limit: While we love kids, due to the nature of the live recording, we prefer a child-free set. Well-behaved older kids who understand "Quiet on the set" are welcome.
• Outside Media: If you want to stream or bring an outside photographer, they must be collaborative and respectful. Our house cameras and audio take absolute priority.
• Consent Matters: Please get permission before taking photos or videos of others you don’t know. Most people are cool, but not everyone wants to be featured in someone else's content.
