Shut Up & Write!® in Potrero Hill

🖊️ Join us for some focused writing time! Whether you're into poetry, resumes, research, novels, screenplays, short stories, song lyrics, or work projects, all types of writing and writers of every experience level are welcome!

🤝 When you arrive, greet everyone and prepare your writing tools. After settling in, take a moment to chat with fellow writers. Once everyone is present, quick introductions will be led, allowing writers to share what they are working on if they wish.

⏳ Then, the timer will be set for a quiet and focused writing session. Afterward, there will be time to connect and discuss successes and challenges as writers. If you need to leave early, that's perfectly fine!

🚫 We do not host critiques or readings, ensuring a safe space for all writers to work on their craft without the pressure of having their writing read or critiqued.
