SOFT PACES – soft(spaces) run club: 5k spring run 🌷

Led by Des & Imani, join us for the inaugural Soft Paces event, the Soft(spaces) run club! 🏃🏾‍♀️🎉

This guided 5K (~3.15 miles) run will take you through the beautiful Van Cortlandt Park, wrapping up with a post-run mingle at The Bronx Public for drinks and food! 🍻🥗

🏃‍♀️ All Paces Welcome!
We cater to everyone, whether you're looking for a brisk walk or pushing for a personal best. Our pace groups will be organized based on your preferred speed, ensuring that everyone feels included:

• 15+ mins/mile
• 12+ mins/mile
• 10-12 mins/mile
• 9-10 mins/mile
  We’ll regroup at every mile to ensure no one gets left behind!

In celebration of the season, feel free to wear floral patterns or bright spring colors! 🌱

Starting Point:
We kick off at Lake House Cafe (115 Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx, NY 10471) and will end our run at The Bronx Public (170 W 231st St, Bronx, NY 10463).
