Schön, dass Du mit uns eisbaden möchtest!
Einige Hinweise:
Bei unserem Eisbaden handelt es sich NICHT um einen Workshop mit einem verantwortlichen Instruktor/Trainer/Veranstalter, sondern um eine privat und gemeinschaftlich organisierte Gelegenheit zum Eisbaden – von Eisbadenden für Eisbadende.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung wenn Du nach 12 Uhr am Event-Tag absagst bzw. nicht erscheinst! Sofern wir das Event absagen müssen, erstatten wir selbstverständlich alle zuvor eingegangenen Zahlungen zurück!

Wer sich die 7 bzw. 10 Euro nicht leisten kann, kann gerne im Vorfeld mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen.
Warum das Ganze? Wir brauchen etwas Planungssicherheit, um zu entscheiden, ob es sich lohnt, alles aufzubauen und 50 kg oder mehr Eis zu besorgen. Sofern wir um 18 Uhr am Vortag des Events noch nicht genügend Geld eingesammelt haben, werden wir das Eisbaden eventuell absagen. Ebenso bei Unwetter oder anderen organisatorischen Hindernissen - deshalb behalte am Nachmittag des Eisbadens am besten Luma und/oder unsere Telegram-Gruppe im Blick.
Unser Eisbaden dauert normalerweise eine gute Stunde, manchmal auch etwas länger. Es müssen also nicht alle Eisbadenden pünktlich um 18:30 Uhr vor Ort sein. Wenn Du absehen kannst, dass Du später da sein wirst, dann schreibe Deine angepeilte Uhrzeit (max. 19:30 Uhr!) doch bitte in unsere Telegram-Gruppe (s. u.) im Kanal "Nächster Termin". Vielen Dank!

A few notes:
Our ice dipping event is NOT a workshop led by a certified instructor, trainer, or organizer, but rather a privately and collaboratively organized opportunity for ice dipping — by ice dippers, for ice dippers.

Important note: No refunds will be issued in the event of a last-minute cancellation after 12 p.m. on the day of the event or in case of non-attendance!

If you cannot afford the 7 or 10 euros, please feel free to contact us in advance.
Why all this? We need some planning certainty to decide whether it’s worth setting everything up and procuring 50 kg or more of ice. If we haven’t collected enough money by 12 p.m. on the day of the event, we may have to cancel the ice bath. The same applies in case of severe weather or other organizational obstacles — so it’s best to keep an eye on Luma and/or our Telegram Group on the afternoon of the ice bath.
Our ice bath usually lasts a good hour, sometimes a little longer. So not everyone needs to be there right on time at 6:30 PM. If you think you’ll be arriving later, please post your estimated arrival time (no later than 7:30 PM!) in our Telegram group (see below) in the “Next Event” channel. Thank you very much!
