Melanie is a passionate baker and farmer from Galloway Township, NJ. Her journey into sourdough baking began as a quest for healthier food for her baby, evolving into a deep professional pursuit of fermentation and nutrition. Now, she studies with renowned educator Wayne Caddy in England. Operating Fluffy Farms, she integrates freshly milled grain into her baking and education work, all while supporting local grain systems as President of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of NJ.
