Spring Medicine Gathering — An Evening for AHN Students & Alumni

Spring calls us outward. After a long season of turning inward, something in us remembers — the medicine of being in a room of resonance.
On Saturday, May 16th, we're gathering the AHN community in person in London for a full afternoon and evening of connection, bodywork, deep conversation, and a Longevity Diet dinner prepared by one of our own.

The Day:
🌿 2:00 – 3:30pm | Food as Medicine Lecture (optional · open to the public) A live introductory lecture with Roger Green, primarily designed for new audiences curious about AHN's approach to food and healing. Students and alumni are warmly welcome to join for a live refresher — but this portion is entirely optional.
🌿 3:30 – 5:30pm | Community Gathering (AHN students & alumni only) A sharing circle, meditation, do-in and bodywork session, and open Q&A with Roger Green, Patricia Lopez, Asma Nasr, and Sophie Shepheard-Walwyn. Bring your questions, your stuck places, your longings, your ideas — all of it belongs here.
🌿 5:30 – 7:30pm | Longevity Dinner & Connection (AHN students & alumni only) A plant-based, Food as Medicine dinner prepared by a special guest chef who is an AHN graduate — followed by the kind of unhurried conversation that only happens in the same room.
You'll also receive a goodie bag with teas, tinctures, elixirs, and herbal samples from our brilliant grads.
