Meet Your Instructors:

• Jakub: A skilled practitioner and educator from the Czech Republic with rich backgrounds in martial arts, dance, and IT, who teaches the core philosophy of movement and expression.
• Eliska: A dancer and movement teacher with extensive training in various dance techniques, dedicated to sharing her experiences within the Fighting Monkey Practice since 2016.
