Sunday Sauna & Social gathering

Join us for a relaxing Sunday sauna experience at Folkbastu in Södermalm, right by Eriksdalsbadet! This charming wood-fired sauna is located right on the water.

• Sauna selection: Choose Pollux. If it's fully booked, grab a spot in Castor instead!
• Cost: Free to join our group; just pay for your own ticket at Folkbastu online (we are not affiliated with the sauna).

The Plan:

We'll kick off the gathering with a refreshing swim in the lake, followed by our first sauna session.

I'll be bringing menthol ice and essential oils for the sauna. Everyone is encouraged to share tea, fruits, and laughter 😊

Housekeeping:

As this is a shared space, we’ll need to tidy up after ourselves before we leave to ensure it remains clean and welcoming for the next guests.

Afterward (Optional):

For those wanting to extend the evening, we can head over to a nearby cafe or restaurant for food and drinks together.
