Details:

• Location: Parco Sempione
• Language: English
• Level: All levels, beginner-friendly
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Exact meeting point will be shared via WhatsApp after booking.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat (or a towel)
• Layered clothing for changing weather
• Water, sun cream, and insect spray

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 24 hours before: Cancel on Meetup → no charge.
• Up to 1 hour before: Message me on WhatsApp → credit retained.
• Less than 1 hour, no-show, or no notice: Class counted → no refund or credit.

If a class is canceled due to weather or organizer's decision, your credit will remain valid for another class.

Important Notes:
This class is not suitable for pregnant women. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before attending. By joining, you take responsibility for your own practice.
