The Blindfold Walk: Let go of sight. Find out what's left.

What version of you shows up when you can't see - more alert? More present? Will you listen differently, feel differently?

This is a blindfold walk through Nymphenburg Park — done in pairs, taking turns to lead and to be led. For 10 minutes you wear the blindfold. For 10 minutes you are the guide. Then you find a new partner and do it again.

How it works
We pair up with someone we don't know. One person wears the blindfold, the other guides — slowly, attentively, describing what's ahead. After 10 minutes, you switch. Then you find a new partner and go again. Two rounds are guaranteed, three if time allows.

As the guide, your job is care — you are responsible for this person's safety and their experience. As the walker, your job is trust — notice what comes up when sight is no longer available to you.

At the end of the walk, we gather for a closing circle — a short, moderated conversation before we go our separate ways.

If you have vertigo, anxiety around loss of sight, or any condition that makes being blindfolded uncomfortable — you are welcome to come as a guide only. Just let me know in advance.

Weather policy
Goes ahead in most conditions — rain actually intensifies the experience. Cancelled only in heavy rain or storm. Updates posted the day before and morning of the event in the comments.
