The Founder's Guide: Marketing & Sales in Robotics to Land Your Next Round
You've built the tech. Now build and scale the revenue engine that gets you funded.
Investors rarely pass because your technology isn't good enough. Investors rarely pass because your technology isn't good enough. They pass because they don't see a credible, scalable revenue engine.
This is a 3-hour working session for robotics and deep tech founders who want to fix that. Whether you're still closing your first enterprise deal or you have early customers and need to turn traction into a repeatable engine, this session meets you where you are.
Selling hardware and autonomous systems isn't like selling SaaS. We’ll demystify Go-to-Market (GTM) specifically for the physical world. You'll learn how to define an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), escape "pilot purgatory," translate deep tech into buyer language, and track the commercial metrics investors demand.
This is everything we’ve learned helping startups build their commercial engines, condensed into one morning so you leave with a concrete action plan.
Who Should Attend?
Entrepreneurs, CEOs, and early commercial hires at robotics and deep tech startups (Seed to Series B).
Your Industry: Industrial automation, warehouse robotics, inspection, agritech, surgical, or autonomous systems.
Your Challenge: You are selling hardware + software to buyers who have never purchased your category before.
Your Mindset: If you’ve ever stared at the "Go-to-Market Strategy" slide in your pitch deck and thought, "I'll figure this out later," you need to be in this room.
What You’ll Leave With
A clear picture of what GTM looks like in 2026. A defined ICP you can defend in front of any investor. Messaging that gets buyers to take the first call. The 5 metrics every Series A investor expects to see, and how to start tracking them. And a hiring blueprint: who to bring on first, what to pay, and what to avoid.
About the session: This is an intimate, small-room working session limited to a handful of founders to ensure the conversation stays honest, specific, and highly relevant. Expect to actively work on your own GTM strategy during the session.
After the session, you're welcome to stay and co-work from DARE Campus for the afternoon. Register your spot here.
