Our understanding of “humanity” and “humanitarianism” is often seen as the foundation of morality. However, with the rise of artificial intelligence, discussions about “posthumanity” are becoming more prevalent. This lecture will explore the idea that the concept of “humanity” is a relatively recent construct of the postwar political landscape, and why we may need to move beyond it to navigate our future. 🌍
