No class, no crowd - a slow descent through pilates, breathwork, and stillness, held for a small group. We move to release what the body's been holding, breathe to reset the nervous system, and close in silence held by 432Hz frequency. What you carry in, you won't carry out the same way. Space is limited to protect the intimacy of the experience.

IKI was born in Berlin, led by Ale, a certified breathwork facilitator (from Respira Group, 400+ guided persons) who left the corporate world to build this full-time.

This isn't just another class - it's a movement that has already reached Colombia, Spain, and Germany, and keeps growing exponentially. IKI exists to lead the breath revolution.
