Every season, a select few artists make it to The Velvet Note, and Wayne Escoffery is one of them. A highly respected jazz saxophonist, Wayne's storytelling through music captivates audiences. He will be joined by the legendary bassist Curtis Lundy, along with Atlanta favorite Kevin Bales on piano and rising star Xavier Breaker on drums.

• Wayne Escoffery – Tenor Saxophone
  Grammy Award-winning saxophonist known for his commanding tone and emotional depth. He has collaborated with jazz legends and is a Professor of Jazz Saxophone at Yale University.

• Curtis Lundy – Bass
