About the Docents

Meet Yuping Lu and her daughter Olivia Wang, dedicated volunteers at Trees Atlanta since June 2021. They have actively contributed to tree plantings, pruning, and forest restoration, and now co-lead tours of the magnificent Atlanta Beltline Arboretum.

About the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum

Established in 2006, the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum is an vital element of Atlanta’s urban forest, serving as a public garden, ecological corridor, and educational landscape. 🌱 This dynamic collection boasts wild and cultivated tree and woody plant species, along with a rich array of southeastern grass and flowering plants that exemplify sustainable landscape management.

Upon completion, the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum will span over 100 acres throughout its 22-mile linear public garden, making it the world’s longest accredited linear arboretum!
