🗞️ The exhibition runs from 26th June to 16th August and transforms the gallery windows on Stora Nygatan into a showcase of creativity. While our main gallery is on pause, you can still enjoy this thought-provoking installation.

This exhibition features newspapers covering the gallery windows, creating an atmosphere of inaccessibility and transition. Overlaying these articles are images from Gashi's personal archive, which together produce a counter-feed of narratives, intertwining personal stories with the larger systems of public communication. Old News beautifully blurs the lines between private memory and public information, inviting you to reflect on the familiar flow of news.

🎨 About the Artist:
Tringa Gashi (b. 1996) is a talented artist based in Copenhagen and Malmö. With a background from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts and Malmö Art Academy, she explores the intersection of intimate experiences and broader economic and historical systems. Through photography, film, and installation, Gashi sheds light on how images navigate and shape cultural landscapes.
