Vinařství Chromeček

The Chromeček Winery itself was founded in 2017 by Radim Chromeček, who was at the time still a student of Viticulture and Oenology at Mendel University, continuing a family tradition. Of course, the entire family is involved in running the winery. Currently, the winery cultivates approximately 2 hectares of its own vineyards, and annual production amounts to about 20,000 bottles of wine. The winery uses traditional methods combined with modern technologies. We produce our wines using a so-called “semi-natural” method, which involves minimizing intervention in the wine itself, blending on fine lees, and, above all, minimizing the sulfur dioxide content in the wines, while always maintaining perfect aromatic purity and flavor quality. White wines age in stainless steel tanks, while some of them—and primarily the red wines—age exclusively in oak barrels.
