West Fight On 2026

Join us for the 14th annual West Fight On, a remarkable event dedicated to raising funds for free cancer services! Since its inception, WFO has raised over $3 million and supported more than 24,000 individuals in our community. 🌟

This is Memphis' largest cancer survivor event, featuring:

• 🚴‍♀️ Cycling Routes: 20, 40, and 60 miles
• 🏃‍♂️ 5K Run/Walk
• 🏞️ One-Mile Tribute Walk

Celebrate the strength of survivors during the Survivor Ceremony, enjoy a special performance by Regan Strange from The Voice, and take part in a moment of silence to honor loved ones. 🎵 Experience the heartwarming sounds of a bagpiper serenade and immerse yourself in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere:
