Get ready to forage for seasonal plants and fungi to craft your very own warming Chinese dumplings. This experience is perfect for a day out with friends or a unique date idea!

During this interactive workshop, led by the enthusiastic Fergus, you'll identify a variety of wild plants and herbs as you explore the picturesque Hackney Marshes. Each participant will gather their own unique selection of ingredients, allowing for personalized dumpling creations, infused with flavorful herbs and maybe even some wild fungi! 🍄💚

As we relish our freshly made meal together, you'll have the chance to ask Fergus any foraging-related questions you might have, alongside insights from Tevin and his extraordinary Herbivore dishes. Feel free to bring along your favorite wine or beer to enhance the experience! 🍷🍺

👥 Meeting Point: We’ll gather at 11 AM by the entrance of the Middlesex Filter beds nature reserve (west side entrance), located along the Canal Towpath opposite Millfields park. (Check out the attached picture for directions!)
