Join us at Kumba Lodge for a week filled with movement, breath, and serenity by the ocean. This retreat symbolizes a return to your roots, focusing more on natural ways of moving and being. It's about discovering what it means to feel happy and free, even if those words often go unspoken.

Throughout the retreat, you will:

• Arrive and settle in, shaking off the noise of travel.
• Reconnect to your strength, mobility, and breath in a gentle yet energizing way.
• Explore new movement patterns, expanding your range and confidence.
• Challenge yourself with more intensity, stepping just outside your comfort zone.
• Soften with longer holds and deeper breathing, allowing for integration.
• Integrate your experiences and reflect on your journey.

What to Expect:

• Morning vinyasa flows to invigorate your body 💪
• Afternoon sessions that might include slow movement, yin/restorative practices, breathwork, mantra, and mindfulness 🕉️
• Free time to swim, rest, explore Tofo, or simply be at peace 🌅

This retreat aims not to be an escape, but instead a deep dive into the fullness of life, improving how you feel in your body, enhancing your breath, and discovering lasting practices for your daily life.

Schedule Overview:

• Day 1: Arrival, opening circle, and gentle movement.
• Days 2-5: Morning Vinyasa sessions, afternoon workshops, and relaxation.
• Day 6: Morning practice, closing circle, and check-out.

Rates:

Starting from 24,750 MZN per person (approx. 330 EUR / 6,400 ZAR). Limited spots available!

Accommodation:

Kumba Lodge features thoughtfully designed ocean bungalows, palm bungalows, and garden rooms, available for both shared and private occupancy.

What's Included:

• 5 nights accommodation
• Daily breakfast and dinner
• Twice daily yoga and workshops
• Use of mats and props
• Pool, WiFi, and beach access 🌴

Not Included:

• Lunch
• Transport (Inhambane airport transfers available at 750 MZN per person)
• Visa
