Women's Cacao & Breath

Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of immersing myself in Conscious Connected Breathwork training, and it has become one of the most profound practices I have ever experienced.

Breathwork has taught me that healing isn't about fixing ourselves. It is about learning to be present with ourselves. It has shown me how much wisdom our bodies hold, how much emotion we carry beneath the surface, and how powerful it can be to simply create space to breathe, feel and listen.

Combined with the gentle heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao, this creates an experience that invites you back into yourself. Into presence. Into your body. Into connection.

There is something incredibly special about gathering in a room full of women who are all choosing themselves, even if only for a few hours. There is no expectation to perform, to have it all together, or to be anything other than exactly who you are. Just an opportunity to slow down, soften, breathe and reconnect.

The sessions will be held at Source Wellness, a beautiful space that feels deeply aligned with everything I hope these gatherings will become.
