WONK UNIT (UK)
Wonk Unit is a unique band from London with their own sound, humor, festival, and iconic t-shirt series. Their approach is deeply rooted in DIY culture. The heart and creative engine of the band is Alex Brindle Johnson – a singer, poet, skateboarder, and performer. Many say that Wonk Unit is currently one of the most interesting acts on the European punk scene.

The history of Wonk Unit dates back to 1992 when Alex formed The Flying Medallions at a time when punk was essentially dead in Britain. After the sad loss of bassist Dougie Palompa, Wonk Unit emerged around 2005. Alex found himself in the studio with two incredibly talented musicians – drummer Mez Clough and guitarist Gavin Kinch. Their collaboration brought a fresh new dimension to Alex's songwriting. The music disregards genre boundaries, perfectly capturing Alex and the band's essence.

The evening will kick off with M3TA, a true heart-thumping act from Třebíze.

GALANTI
This poetic dadaist band plays simply rock 'n' roll wrapped in breadcrumbs.
