O události

Join us for the Cultural Heritage Institute, a dynamic one-day in-person event hosted by the Wyoming Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources! 📅 This gathering is set to enrich the skills of cultural heritage employees, museum staff, and dedicated volunteers in Cheyenne. Together, we will delve into practical skills in preservation and collections care, fostering a vibrant community focused on Wyoming’s rich history, arts, and culture.

🗣️ Attendees will engage in sessions and discussions that encourage sharing ideas and networking! Tailored for both newcomers and seasoned professionals, this event promises to enhance your foundational knowledge and connect you with mentors from across the state.

🌱 As Wyoming State Archivist Sara Davis notes, "The Cultural Heritage Institute will create space for new and emerging professionals—and those looking to strengthen or refresh their foundational skills—to build confidence, gain practical knowledge, and connect with mentors and peers.”

✨ This initiative is supported by funding from the Spark Tank Program and is collaboratively organized by various SPCR programs, including the Arts Council and State Historic Preservation Office.

Admission is free, but registration is required with a limit of 50 participants. Register Here.
