Neurographic drawing is a meditative technique that encourages creativity and reduces stress through intuitive lines and shapes. No prior art experience is required! This beginner-friendly process promotes reflection and self-expression without the pressure of perfection.

🖍️ All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your favorite colored pencils or pens. Don’t forget your reading glasses if needed!
