Yoga Flow - Outdoor Yoga Instruction

Join us for a refreshing outdoor yoga experience at the beautiful 10th Street Park! 🧘✨ In partnership with Evolation Yoga Atlanta, this free community event occurs every Tuesday and welcomes participants of all ages and skill levels.

Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle as we dive into a practice that emphasizes the synergy between movement and breath. Each session will highlight exercises that enhance flexibility and strength, along with engaging transitions and new poses. Our instructor will also incorporate elements of breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness into the routines.
