Join us every Sunday at 10:00 AM in Westerpark for a 60-minute beginner-friendly Vinyasa Flow. 🧘‍♀️

After class, we head to a nearby café to get to know each other, share a coffee, and make new friends. Everyone is welcome! 🤍

A few things to know:

• If you have any injuries, limitations, or are pregnant, please let me know before class so I can offer suitable modifications.
• Occasionally, I take photos and short videos during class to share the Ayām Club experience on social media. If you'd prefer not to appear in any content, just let me know when you arrive. I'm always happy to accommodate.

Cancellation policy:

If you can’t make it, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before class. After that, your booking is non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else. Just let me know who will be taking your spot! 😊
