Football's taking over the world now, so VCC's stealing some of it. Welcome to Vibe Cup: an afternoon of vibe coding anything sport related, with whoever's sitting next to you!
Led by Liberatus (ex-Amazon, recent Notion Hackathon winner), hosted at AG Grid's office.
AG Grid builds the data grid (ha!) and charting tools a huge chunk of the web runs on: tables, dashboards, stats that update live. If your app idea needs a leaderboard, a live score table, or a chart that moves, their tools are made for exactly that, and you'll get to build with them!
This is a special edition of our 2-hour vibe coding jam, sponsored by Lovable, for singles and others who are open to meeting people in a low-pressure way. You don’t need to be a developer or have an idea!
Complexity Level
⭐ (2/3 stars). No coding required, but better to be familiar with a simple prompt-to-app approach. Anyway, no worries, we will help you on site even if you are newbie.
Format 🛠️
Small groups team up and build something sport themed. Score tracker, fantasy league tool, an app for a sport you made up, whatever you want. Nobody has to finish or ship anything!
Hate sport? Build an app about classical music! Or any hobby you have, for that matter. I will build a tool for scuba divers.
Who's it for?
Anyone who likes football, anyone who doesn't but wants to build something dumb and fun with people who get it.
