After a dedicated journey of 14 years towards becoming a certified 5Rhythms teacher, Mihail Iordache invites you to join the 5Rhythms Emerging Waves sessions. Whether you're curious about the practice or ready to immerse yourself, everyone is welcome!

⏳ Session Details:
Each session spans 2 hours.
📍 Location:
Bucharest, near Piața Romană (exact address provided upon registration).

Conducted in English and Romanian.

💰 Pricing:

• Early Bird (Register by June 16):
  • 1 session: 100 RON
  • 2 sessions: 180 RON
  • 3 sessions: 240 RON
• Concessions (60 RON/session):
  Available for seniors (60+), students, unemployed individuals, single mothers, and freelancers in their initial years of activity.

👤 About Mihail Iordache:
With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of body and mind as a yoga teacher and psychotherapist, Mihail specializes in Somatic Experiencing, Integral Somatic Psychology, Transactional Analysis, and Dance and Movement Therapy.
His career in non-formal education and social theatre has taken him across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Mihail's musical journey began in high school, where he worked as a radio host and TV music producer. As a dedicated 5Rhythms teacher-in-training, he is privileged to be mentored by Ajay Rajani and Nikki Ashley.
