OVERTHINKING IS UNDERFEELING.
Most people were never taught how to actually feel their emotions.
Only how to suppress them, avoid them, or intellectualize them.
We’re hosting an interactive CRY SESSION about emotional intelligence, self-regulation & emotional awareness together with Sarah-Lisa Besemer @emotion.alchemist
This is not a classic sit-and-listen workshop.
It’s a live emotional experience between keynote, practical tools, reflection exercises, group interaction, and guided hypnosis.
Together we’ll explore:
– Why overthinkers are often underfeelers
– How emotions actually move through the body
– How to stop getting stuck in your head
– How to regulate emotions like anxiety, anger & sadness
– How to feel without becoming emotionally overwhelmed
– How to take responsibility for your emotions instead of avoiding or projecting them
This session is designed for two kinds of people:
People who feel disconnected from their emotions
People who feel emotionally overwhelmed by them
Both will leave with practical tools they can directly use in relationships, work, everyday life, and fatherhood.
