Everything in life - our emotions, our energy, our patterns - can be understood through five elements: Fire, Earth, Water, Air and Ether (Space). Once recognised, they begin to show up in our lives with a deeper understanding of ourselves and the beings around us.
In this session, we step outside of the digital world, let nature be our teacher, while building connections that can be closer to the soul.
What We'll ExploreWe’ll move through each element by moving our bodies, reflecting with our mind, nourishing our souls with food while being surrounded by nature, and activating our senses.What you will get:
🌀Feel— What came up for you? What feelings, words, images, or stories arrived when you were with this element?
⚖️Reflect— Is this element in balance in your life right now? Too much? Too little? How might you bring it into greater harmony?
💡Learn— What is this element teaching you today? What are you taking away from this experience?

The Journey
🔵 10:30 am: Meet at Djurgården Blåporten (the Blue Door)
We begin with a 10-minute walk together to the first location. A chance to arrive, settle, and connect with others.
🌊 10:45 am - 1:00 pm: Exploring each element
We explore each element and dive deeper into its understanding for us.
🔮 1:00 pm: Closing Circle
Each person shares their learnings and insights. A moment to honour everything the day stirred in you.
🚶 1:15 pm: Walk to Rosendals Trädgård Café
A gentle 10-minute walk through Djurgården to Rosendal’s Trägård Cafe for social mingling.
What to Bring
Comfortable clothes that you can move in Shoes suitable for walking outdoors
