Join us for a momentous occasion as the Town of Yarmouth celebrates the 250th anniversary of its own Declaration of Independence! 🎊

📅 Event Highlights:
🔔 Patriot Dedication & Monument Unveiling:
Gather at Fred Thacher Park for the unveiling of a new monument honoring the brave patriots of 'Old Yarmouth' who fought for our freedom.
🪦 Grave Marking Ceremony:
Proceed to Yarmouth Port Ancient Cemetery for a formal tribute to our Revolutionary heroes.
🌟 Living History Interactive Experience:
Engage with history! Meet Living History Interpreters in authentic period attire at grave sites as they share incredible stories from the Revolutionary era.

🎠 Living History Fair & Family Fun:
Post-ceremony, the festivities continue! Enjoy an afternoon filled with:

• Colonial Demonstrations: Experience daily life in 18th-century Yarmouth.
• Delicious Food Vendors: Savor local flavors while exploring the grounds.
• Kids Activities: Hands-on history fun for our youngest patriots.
• Living History Reenactors: Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of 1776!

Free at Dennis-Yarmouth Intermediate School with shuttle service to the event.
