The PNW Jazz Education Association presents: The PNW Youth Symphonic Jazz Orchestra in Concert

Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with symphonic jazz as the Pacific Northwest Youth Symphonic Jazz Orchestra takes the stage under the direction of Dr. Isidore Rudnick! 🎻 This extraordinary ensemble, comprised of 42 incredibly talented high school musicians from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, will amaze you with their vibrant renditions of classics by Quincy Jones, Miles Davis, Mary Lou Williams, Ray Charles, Wayne Shorter, and more.

✨ Be captivated by diverse musical styles, ranging from contemporary jazz standards to Latin jazz, and soulful jazz ballads. A special highlight of the night will be the performance by Spencer Merk, a brilliant young trombonist, as he joins the orchestra for a truly special collaboration.
