Aid Stations: Every 3 to 5 miles!

• Stations stocked with Soda, Pickles, Gummy Bears or Worms, Chips, Snacks, Cookies, Produce, and electrolyte powders. Plus, you'll find band-aids and personal hygiene products in every aid station.

Potluck Party! 🍽️
Join our Potluck for just $15! Bring your favorite dish to share—be it fruit salads, pasta salads, lasagna, baked chicken wings, casseroles, or your go-to dessert like cookies or brownies. After running 30K, you’ll definitely want to refuel and celebrate with everyone, including the hardworking volunteers! Last year’s post-race Potluck Party was a hit!
