2026 Turkey Trot Presented by Icebug

Time to TROT! 🏁 🦃 Join us for the 2025 Turkey Trot, our largest event, and support the Food Bank of Alaska on November 27! 🙌 🥧 Gather your friends and family for a festive day with options for everyone: a 5K and a 2 Mile! 🫵

Stick around for age class winners to receive a fresh pie before heading off to your Thanksgiving dinner! The Turkey Trot is a cherished tradition, and this year, we aim to raise $20,000 and collect 1,000 pounds of food!

The event will take place downtown on the legacy 5K and 2 Mile courses, with the indoor finish line at the Dena’ina Center, keeping you warm before and after the race.

📍 Start Line: 8th Ave. and G St. by the ConocoPhillips building.
📍 Finish Line: Inside the Dena’ina Center from G St. and 8th Ave.

Skinny Raven will accept non-perishable food donations at both locations throughout November. Bring a donation for a chance to win a pair of super grippy Icebug studded shoes! Monetary donations are also welcome!

🎁 Fundraising Goals:

• Individual Goal: Raise $500 or more to enter a drawing for a pair of Skinny Raven shoes!
• Team Goal: Raise $2,000 or more to enter a drawing for one of two team dinners (up to $150) at Bear/Moose’s Tooth!
