Whether you're a beginner or already running regularly â youâre welcome.

To keep things simple, we use the official 20km Brussels pacemaker system:

Run/walk friendly â just aim to finish

Comfortable and regular pace

Faster group for those who want a challenge

đ Long Run Progression (Thursdays)
We gradually build up to the race:
6 km â 8 km â 10 km â 12 km â 14 km â 16 km â 18 km đ„
