With just guitar and drums, Guido and Alice build sonic landscapes, dreamy vocal textures, sharp turns in rhythm, and sounds that echo from vintage tape machines to the fringes of dreamy distortion. 250cc turn every live show into a hypnotic, stripped-down ritual.—HALFSILKS are a Berlin based trio consisting of bassist/vocalist Karen Thompson from Winnipeg, drummer/vocalist Jana Sotzko from Berlin and synth player/ vocalist Olivier Bernet from France. �They manage to sit within the realm of post-punk whilst swirling around it 60s vibes, harmonies that reminisce on both sunshine pop and the avant-garde.
