What initially began as a jam project featuring diverse musicians from various Berlin bands has blossomed into a beloved ensemble. The essence of spontaneous jam sessions is ever-present, as band members and special guests bring their eclectic influences—reggae, jazz, ska, Latin, and Afrobeat—creating unexpected musical delights. 🌍✨

Critics have lauded their energy captured in recordings, with their debut album Que Pasa making it to Riddim magazine’s Critics' Top Ten list in 2003. Their subsequent albums, OFF THE HOOK and NOON ON THE MOON, continue to bend genres and impress listeners, recorded live in a barn in Neu-Meichow!

In 2014, they released their first purely studio production while maintaining their live jam concept, focusing on joyous musical performances. 🥁🎤

Having toured extensively through Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Hungary, and Switzerland, Wood In Di Fire has impressed audiences with their unique intercontinental fusion of driving reggae beats and jazzy grooves. 💃🕺
