27/08 – REAL WOMEN: BOUNDARIES

Join us for Real Women, a monthly gathering where women come together to explore themselves through the body, reflection, and honest conversation. This month, we will focus on boundaries.

🔍 Most of us know what boundaries mean, but do we recognize our own inner yes and no as they happen? Can we communicate them effectively? What happens when someone crosses our boundaries, and how do we respond?

🍵 We will start the evening with a cup of ceremonial cacao, allowing ourselves time to arrive, slow down, and reconnect with our senses. Adri will then guide us through a somatic practice, inviting us to revisit moments when our boundaries felt unclear, crossed, or left unspoken. Instead of analyzing these experiences with our minds, we will let our bodies reveal what they know and what might be possible now.

📝 After the practice, there will be time for journaling and an open conversation. We will explore boundaries not only as personal experiences but also through the influences of our upbringing, relationships, and culture. This gathering is not about building stronger walls but about recognizing ourselves more clearly. Sometimes, a clear no can create more connection than an automatic yes.

📚 Please bring a journal and a pen. The evening includes ceremonial cacao. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance so we can adapt the preparation.
