Join the Ponchatoula Jaycees for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the 43rd Annual Strawberry Strut! 🌟

🕖 Race Day:

• 1 Mile Run: 7:30 AM
• 5K & 10K: 8:00 AM

💵 Pricing: Register online until April 11, 2026. Prices:

• $30 for the 1 Mile
• $40 for the 5K and 10K
  All 5K & 10K runners can run the 1 mile at no extra cost (note: 1 mile will NOT be chip-timed).

📦 Packet Pickup:

• Friday, April 10: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM at Deviate Physiotherapy & Performance, 485 SW Railroad Ave. Suite 101, Ponchatoula, LA.
• Race Day: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM at the event site

👕 T-Shirts: Specially designed t-shirts available for pre-registered runners (sizes guaranteed if registered by March 20, 2026). Additional t-shirts may be available for purchase on race day.

🥇 Awards:

• Souvenir medals for all finishers of the 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K.
• Medals for 1st and 2nd place male and female finishers in each age group.
• Overall 1st and 2nd 5K & 10K finishers will receive complimentary race entries for 2027!

🍓 Post Race: Enjoy fresh fruits, water, and delicious homemade strawberry shortcake!
