Known for timeless hits such as “I Wish,” “Summer Rain,” and “Emotional,” Carl Thomas has been a defining voice in R&B for over two decades. His classic album, “Emotional,” remains one of the genre’s most celebrated works. Before his solo career, he was featured on The Notorious B.I.G.’s landmark album “Life After Death.”

This year marks a major milestone for On The One, as Carl Thomas becomes the first national headliner in the festival’s five-year history!
